Your responsibilities 

• Preparation of strategy of business field and ensuring successful implementation (budget, strategic initiatives, resources)
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating work by means of action in a specific manner and timely execution of all tasks with specific coordination of Transport and Logistics Department
• Stable cooperation with the Transport Operations Division and other units providing value match and win-win solutions for both parties
• Selection, direction, and motivation of subordinates to promote effective teamwork ensuring effective performance assessments and personnel development systems are in place
• Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
• Reporting the achieved goals to the CEO. Preparation of analyses and reports for the needs of the Management Board
• Maintaining long-term business relationships with clients and partners
• Organizing and conducting trainings and workshops for team members related to the area of Transport and Logistics
• Mentoring and sharing the best class experience to operational team members

Our requirements

• Extensive Transport Operations and c-level experience leading strategic projects and company changes in TSL industry (obligatory)
• Excellent project management and planning skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic projects
• Proven ability to see the ‘bigger long-term picture’ and think strategically while achieving short-term results
• Excellent modern leadership skill set and toolset with ability to inspire action and build highly engaged and performance-oriented teams
• Entrepreneurial skills, including strong problem solving, data analysis, self-initiative
• Ability to identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Excellent English spoken and written (C1-C2 level)
